Where creativity meets science, clarity and vision meet action.
When your body feels tight, uncomfortable, or out of sync, it can affect how you move, train, learn, and show up in daily life. This is a space to slow down, tune into what your body is telling you, and reconnect through a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that blends myofascial release, personalized training, purposeful movement, and nervous system regulation, supporting people of all backgrounds and abilities in building strength, improving mobility, and engaging more fully in life.
Our Collaborative Approach
We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do. Our process is simple, thoughtful, and designed with your experience and goals in mind. We believe great results come from clear steps, open collaboration, and a partnership with a shared sense of purpose that expands our mission and yours.

What you and your baby will enjoy
Multi-sensory activities: soft textiles, gentle touch, calming sounds, and visual engagement to stimulate your baby’s senses in a supportive way.
Parent-guided movement: simple, guided yoga and play-based movements that promote core strength, coordination, and body awareness for infants while giving caregivers confidence in handling and supporting movement.
Rhythmic sound and voice: songs, humming, and light percussion to soothe, organize, and invite social engagement.
Calming regulation strategies: breathing cues, swaddled-style holds, and slow transitions to help infants self-soothe and learn co-regulation with their caregiver.
Social connection: meet other caregivers, share experiences, and build community in a small-group environment.
Why it works
Sensory variety supports early neural development and helps infants learn to process touch, movement, sound, and visual input.
Movement promotes motor milestones and vestibular development essential for balance and coordination.
Caregiver involvement
One hour one-on-one session using yoga postures, breathing techniques, and myofascial tools and strategies with John Barnes MFR principles to release and lengthen restrictive musculature for more flexibility and alignment.
Personal Training Private Session
One-hour one-on-one sessions are available for children, teens, and adults of all abilities, including neurodiverse individuals. As an Occupational Therapist with NASM and AFAA certifications in individual and group fitness training, I provide personalized, neurodiversity-affirming programs that support strength, balance, coordination, motor skills, functional movement, and overall wellness. Sessions are tailored to each individual's goals and needs, with one-on-one training and small group options available upon request.
