Yoga cultivates mind and body connection. During each session, I use essential oils to provide a calm and relaxing environment to free the mind. This program has shown to reduce stress, enhance motor skills, improve emotional regulation, increase sensory processing and promote independence. If there is hesitance toward a private session, my group yoga classes have been known to foster community connection as well as a sense of belonging.
